How I Defeated My Acne Problem Overnight

My Acne Story

     Yeah. I used to have TERRIBLE acne. Back in the 7th grade, actually. My face felt like a greasy rollercoaster. It affected mostly my forehead, of all places. Right smack in the center of my face. Not off to the side at all, but RIGHT in the center, between the brows. I had a unibrow of pimples. Gross, right? I got made fun of because of it. Kids would stare at my forehead instead of my eyes when talking to me. I felt horribly self conscious. I wanted to get rid of my acne FAST. I wanted all my pimples and blemishes gone FAST. By fast, I meant overnight. I wanted to wake up with all my acne gone. I felt like getting rid of my acne would solve all my problems. I was desperate to get rid of my acne. 

     You're probably here because you want to know how I did it, right? You want to know how to get rid of acne overnight. Lucky for you, I'm going to tell you how to fight acne fast. Here are a few tips:

1. Exfoliate. Exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate! Exfoliation is very important. Don't do it too often though! It'll irritate your skin if you do it more than twice a week.

2. Wash twice a day with a gentle cleanser. Don't use anything too harsh! Try also to use more natural cleansers. If you can't pronounce it; don't put it on your face!

3. Don't pick or pop. The fluids that leave your pimple after popping will just clog up the surrounding pores and cause even more acne. Don't pick at your pimples too! They will bleed, scab, and scar. Pimples are temporary, scars are not. Keep that in mind!

4. Try making a baking soda or lemon juice mask. These are natural ingredients that really help to get rid of acne. 

5. Moisturize. Dry skin from too much treatment is just plain unsightly. Use a light moisturizer with some SPF daily. If you have oily skin, moisturize directly after washing. Don't use anything that is too heavy. You're moisturizing, not slathering oil on your face!

One last thing. I bought something online that honestly helped me fight acne and get rid of pimples fast. It's a system called Acne No More.
